Changing your password

This is one of the most common questions we get and the process has changed recently. The change password function can be a little tricky so here are the steps:

If you are not logged in:
From the home page, on the left hand side, click 'Forgot your password'.
Fill in the email address you used to register.
Fill in the 'reCaptcha' box by typing in the letters and numbers you see in the picture.
Click Submit.
You will receive an email from us with a verification code and a link.
Copy the code (highlight it, right click on it, and select copy)
Follow the link and fill in your user name.
Paste in the verification code (right click in the verification code box and select paste)
Click Submit.
Fill in your new password in both fields.
Click Submit.
You can now log in with your new password.

If you are already logged in:
On the left hand side of the home page click on 'My Profile'.
At the top center of the screen click on 'Edit'.
In the drop down list select 'Update Your Profile'.
Select the 'Contact Info' tab.
Enter your new password in the 'Password' and 'Verify Password' fields.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on 'Update'.  
You're done!

Scott, I forgot my password. So was sent a new one, and logged in. Can't find "profile" to change it. Issue with phone access instead of laptop? Thanks.

The recent website software update made a lot of changes.  I'm still figuring things out too.

After you log in, to get to your profile, click on your "picture" icon above the logout button. This may be just a picture of your initials "TT". 



In your profile, click on 'Update Your Profile' to get into 'edit' mode.

 

In edit mode, scroll down and fill in your current password and your new password (x2). Scroll down further and click the Update button.

I think this will work on either your phone or laptop.

I did not know to tap the TT in the circle to get to "profile".
