I must admit I am not familiar with the center board version of the Brewer. The standard location of a holding tank of about 38 gallons was under the forward companionway bulkhead and access to the inspection plate was through the bottom of the wetgear hanging locker. I have seen specs for some vessels having two tanks but I am only familiar with the one tank application servicing both heads. Each head also had a direct overboard discharge option. Did you find each of those thru-hulls? Sorry for the delay in response.
