Hi All,

I'm the owner of an '83 Brewer 12.8 and am replacing the possibly original florescent light fixtures with some dimmable LEDs. I'm stuck finding where the wire that feeds the overhead lights starts.  Does anyone know or is there a wiring location diagram available?

Hello Bruce, we own a B44 and our hailing port is also Tiverton, although we’ve been cruising full time for the past four years. We recently replaced some of our lights. No need to trace the wires. When you pull off the old lights there is plenty of wire to cut and attach new ones. Good luck. We love our new leds.

Hi Carolyn and Gino,

Thanks for your quick reply. Tiverton has been a great place to refit "Windbourne" and I too hope to start to do some world touring.

My reason for wanting to find where the wires come out from the five overhead positions is the LEDs I'm installing have a common dimmer which supplys variable voltage to a single output wire. This output wire in my case feeds and branches out to the five overhead positions.

If anyone knows where (I'm presuming) on the starbord side the feed wires for the overhead lights come out, I'd welcome knowing.

Bruce
