Does anyone know who supplied the original galley sinks on the Brewer 44's? Our double bowl sink is looking tired and we would like to replace it with a single bowl (using a "rubbermaid" dish pan for smaller loads or items to wash). Our current sink has outside dimensions of 24.75" X 17" and inside dimensions (ignoring the bowl separator) of 21.125" X 14" by 10" deep. We will need to reconfigure the faucet (our current sits in a "bump out" in the bowl separator so consumes some of the interior space). Thank you.

Sink is a Ruvati RVH7110 Undermount 16 Gauge 14" Kitchen Sink Single Bowl. I have had it mounted on the surface but flush with the counter-top

It is big enough. Check out Ikea for insert bowls etc.;

No problem. It wouldn't take much to close the existing opening by epoxying some ply in the existing hole and cutting a new opening for the smaller sink. You would need to replace the original Formica surface on the worktop, again not a big deal.

Yes, that is an option, but that means removing all the fiddles and a good deal more time than I will have before cruising this winter. As always, looking for the simpler solution!
