Running Rigging

When we bought our 1980 Whitby 42, Hull #80 INDEFATIGABLE in 2010, she needed all new running rigging.  We purchased all of it in a single order from onlineropestore.com - they were theonly vendor we found that had a wide enough range of sizes and colors to meet our needs.  The "goal" was to rig the boat in such a way that we could take friends/ kids sailing and have them pitch in without having to know what the proper line names were - so we could tell them to pull in on the blue line, instead of using the term "jib sheet", and there would be only one blue line in the vicinity, so they couldn't mistakenly do something bad.  Anyway, the spreadsheet below was the tool of choice for the planning phase, and it turns out that there is a demand for a "list" of what lines, and what lengths of line, comprise the running rigging of a Whitby 42.  Everything below is double braid polyester, except for the preventers, which are nylon.  Also, spinnaker sheets were made up in nylon, but they are not on the spreadsheet- they were purchased later.  Figure on the length of the jib sheets plus about 25%.  If you've read this far, you must have a need for it, so without further ado, here it is:
