One product available is called Prop Speed and is available through some West Marines. It is pricey. Here is a link to a company out of NZ... propspeed.co.nz/
Inserting 'Prop Speed Paint' into a google search came up with several sources.

Practical Sailor reviewed a product called Barnacle Barrier in August '03. A recent testimonial gives it a strong recommendation. I've been using a putty knife once a month , myself.

The testimonials endorsing Pettit's Barnacle Barrier (one from Solomons, MD. and one from Seattle, WA) were in the Sept issue of Practical Sailor. I plan to try it myself at the next haulout.

That's a cold zinc spray! Home Depot etc. has same thing for $7.95.
